Description: Photo shows the various shapes of followers found on 1911 style mags. There maybe others; these are all from my own mag stash. (Note on the Wilson followers--these can be purchased form Wilson as a kit consisting or follower and spring. These are the best way I know of to increase reliability in marginal Colt or Pachmayr magazines. Also, I should mention that Metalform mags of the rounded follower, welded base type are very much a copy of the Wilson mag except in all steel. They are inexpensive and make the perfect practice mag for the man who uses Wilson mags for real. Metalforms are so good in fact that I would not hesitate to use them in MY 1911s.
