Description: Two Charles Kelsey-built Devel pistols built from S&W M39s. These were "successors" to the Paris Theordore-built Seventrees ASP pistol. and had improved features for the time. Kelsey lightened the slide and made other subtle changes. These pistols are from the collection of Wayne Novak, who has quite a number of Devel pistols of several types--DA S&Ws, 1911s, Hi-Powers, etc. Uploaded: 8/30/2013 by Mark Freburg
