Description: Taurus 1911 Commander. 4.2" barrel, so .05" shorter than a Colt. But since many makers call their 4.0" 1911s "Commanders," I will give this one to Taurus.
I don't love the forward serrations but the wide type are less ugly than the thin type. The mag base pad sticking so far down looks wrong to my sense of symmetry, but that's no problem when you own dozens upon dozens of 1911 mags, like I'm sure you do. Right?Uploaded: 5/4/2019 by Mark Freburg
