Description: Hi-Point C9s. Probably one of the best budget guns out there. I picked these up for $60 and $75. Both guns work and work well. The holsters were almost as much as the guns. One might question why I have these. Well, honestly, they're cheap enough to blast away with and effectively reliable enough to hand out to someone who might need a simple gun for a limited duration.
