Description: As with many small pistols, the magazines that came with my SIG P239 originally had a projection at the toe designed to support the shooting hand little finger. Unfortunately, my hands are large enough so that the point of that projection jabbed me in the center of my pinky, rather than supporting it. This photo shows the magazine bases ground down to follow the vertical line of the pistol's front strap, making for a more comfortable and secure hold. In order to clarify that area of the photo, I'm afraid I had to let the overall photo quality suffer some.
