Description: What I have here is a bottom of the barrel Colt Collection: Colt 1892, Functional, but questionable Cylinder lockup. This gun is immortalized as the kind that Teddy Roosevelt used in the Spanish American War, and in the Philippine Insurrection that indirectly led to the eventual development of the .45 ACP round and 1911. This model is also the first .gov accepted revolver with a swing out cylinder. This gun was supposedly made the first year of production. Chambered in .38 Colt
Colt New Army, not functional, cylinder doesn't open. Made CA 1903. Will most likely remain a paperweight. Chambered in .41 Colt
Colt Lightning, model 1877- somewhat functional. Action functions, cylinder pin is bent, missing frame screw, and ejector rod housing is bent. Most intricate, and most fragile Double Action Mechanism of the "Old West" era. Billy The Kid is known to have carried either one of these, or the Colt "Thunderer" in .41 Colt. Most Smiths don't want to touch these as they are fragile. Chambered in .38 Colt
