Description: This is a take down Mannlicher-Schoenauer rifle (not carbine). Many like this were English conversions with a push pin up front and a small lever at the trigger guard. They also has a folding peep sight in the grip behind the action, and a pocket for an extra front sight in the bottom of the grip, as well as the usual trap door butt plate with 2 holes for cartridges and the top, larger hole for a cleaning rod.
