The .44 Chemical Porreta appears to be much shorter than a .444 Marlin, whose case is nearly twice the length of the .44 Magnum. I searched the Internet and couldn't find the .44 Chemical Porreta. It also looks to have an extractor groove cut more typically for a rifle. I'd love to know more about this cartridge.
