Oops, you're right. It was the Remington R1 with the sight issue. My bad. But good for the K2. OTOH I am now interested in getting an R1...I'll post about that elsewhere.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The one with the daylight under the front sight was the Remington R1 1911 I got out for you dad. Need to get your memory checked a litte. ;p That aside, I am going to be picking one of these up here in the next month or two at most, depending on how long my tax return takes, and weather or not my OD CZ P-07 I have on backorder from one of our distributers ends up showing up. I just got my one year of service gift certificate, which is $50 & 20% off my purchase. I'd love to pick up both guns for about $750 total. :D |
