Great research, Dale! I was pretty sure we discussed it and came to a conclusion, but that photo seemed to have the facts still undetermined. Maybe we should elect you the Forum Archivist? Harvey

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It's been some time but I'm pretty sure that we hashed all of that out and that somebody pointed out that the barrel was assembled from two different parts. Edited to add:  Others here speculated that the barrel may have been made in two pieces, but you confirmed it in message #422858
