As for the .45 Colt / Schofield question, I THINK the 45 Colt has a different size brass head that is longer than the Schofield, or vice versa. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: WARNING: PRETTY PISTOL PHOTO! Did you ever own one of these, TJ? As a handloader, I'd love one in .45 Schofield. I believe they can handle either rim size, so .45 Colt brass can be shortened and used a Schofield chambered pistol. Elmer, please correct me if I'm wrong.
