I think it was brief, IF it made it out of SHOT Show. If I recall correctly, it felt fairly abysmal.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: TJ, did Colt follow through on marketing that pistol? I don't recall hearing anything further about Colt DAO 1911s and it has been seven years now! The trigger was long, but with barely any stacking toward the end.
