Did you ever watch the show Last Man Standing starring Tim Allen? He played a hard core conservative in a left-wing world. (Realistically, and it eventually got cancelled because Hollywood couldn't take it anymore.) One thing that bothered me was that he kept several firearms displayed on the wall of his office/den, including a lovely Colt 1911 in a glass case, and then some long arms in a wood cabinet. The problem? The room was in the front of the house with a large window and in view of passers-by. Zilch security! He did frequently mentioned having a gun safe, so this wasn't all his guns, but even so, that always bugged me. (I know, TV.  )
