It certainly isn't a current Mk.V.  unfortunately Darryl is no longer with us and can't answer as to the source of that photo.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I just noticed this photo and find it interesting that it is not a Mark 5 Weatherby. It might be a Weatherby but it looks like a Mod 70 action to me.  Early before the Mark 5, Weatherby did use different actions for his guns.
