When I saw that on the front page photo array and decided to comment, I thought it was your pistol, then realized it was John Will's a formerly very active member. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ahhh, the gun that kept Smith and Wesson solely into revolvers for the next 40-50 years... I used to have one. Quite the mechanical wonder. My favorite thing was the manual safety on the grip. It was operated with a small dial. Most cumbersome ill-designed feature I have ever seen on a production gun.
