For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I didn't know you were a Hi-Power fan! Several Hi-Power fans here, me included. I've owned two Brownings in the past but sold both of them eventually and now I only own an FEG P9, a clone that FEG started building after the FN patents expired. I understand that they were reversed engineered, a popular way to clone items when you don't have blueprints and engineering drawings. As a result, most FN parts can be fitted, but are not generally drop-in. The FEG has the look of an older, pre-Mk.II Hi-Power with a couple things all its own, like the thumb safety for example.
