Retribution for my comments on your home page picture? 
That's my original permit from five+years ago. My new one looks even worse! Compared to that one, the picture shown here looks absolutely benign! I don't recall if they said not to smile but they did tell me to leave my glasses on. Then on the new permit they said to take the glasses off - go figure. Stu |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Looks like an FBI Wanted Poster from the Post Office. Wast there an admonition that any smiles would be met with a severe beating? 
ETA: Upon further consideration, it appears that this might be your badass, "just got out of prison" look.
