I would agree with you. This could be true for any branch of the firearms hobby. It's true that there seems to be a of peripheral equipment required for black powder, but this isn't untrue for most other types of shooting either, especially for new shooters. Of course the problem is that for long time shooters, drifting from one specific type of smokeless shooting to another is simpler than getting into BP, because of the BP-specific required accessories. That can add up because it isn't nice-to-have stuff--it is required stuff. | ||||||
