You're right, but I was speaking in general.  I always research what mags cost before I decide to invest in a rifle.  In this case, being a SIG, the mags might be expensive.  I have no idea either.  But in other cases, like say HK91/CETME/other clone-type rifles, the mags are still affordable and I wouldn't hesitate.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A lot of that would depend on what those mags cost, I have no idea. The 550 is a nice rifle though.
