Figured the Long Lee Enfield was going to be a bit more prevalent.
Oh heck no, the Long Lee Enfield was used for a far shorter time and is much more rare. The SMLE is dead common on the market today while a LLE is, not rare, but quite uncommon and usually fetches a pretty penny. The SMLE served all throughout WWI and into WWI until firmly supplanted by the No.4MkI in 1942! |
