A Colt Army Special I had and stupidly sold was made in 1907, only a year different.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think I still have it. It's a Colt Army Special I think 1906 production. Picked it up for $150 at a VGCA show. cylinder was all over with the slop. Friend who dabbled in smithing wanted to take a look at it. Said it needed a new hand. Found one. He installed it and it functions. It's not the best, but it functions. |
