The beauty of Colt's Royal Blue had a lot of appeal for me. Same with the older S&W Carbona (Carbonia) bluing process.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Forum ate my reply--yes, that happens to me too. 
I confess that although not a big Python fan, I much prefer the blued models. Most revolvers look better in blue to my eye, and I say that owning some stainless revolvers I lke very much. |
