For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think I will pass on the pistols and save my money. I might run across an old .22 rifle I want. That makes sense to me, Bob. It is getting harder to find old rifles in pawn shops. Since the government is handing out money like candy, the pawn business has about dried up, especially in guns. Not only pawn shops are drying up, but gun shops as well. Auctions seem to be doing well, but the prices they are getting are high IMO. I've been waiting for gun shows to open up again in this area, and I think there will be one next month, but I don't think I'll be a seller this time. Harvey |
