Yes!!! This particular Colt is a bit on the tired side. I think the recoil spring needs to be changed. I haven't take it out to shoot in a LONNNG time

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I can remember way back you could get one with the fixed sights for under $100. Today you pay that for a "brick" of ammo! Family legend says it kept the alley next to the house clear of marauding and noisy tomcats. I think it was made circa 1937. Need to research the Serial Number on it.
