I don't think any of the major ammunition makers do, as I haven't seen any factory offerings at shows or in shops. Aguila was the last one, being from Mexico, where some people obviously were using it in their .38 Super pistols or old .38acp pistols. Mexican Law used to forbid use of .45acp by civilians because it was a military cartridge, and they may still do that.

There is a company called Buffalo Arms that produces .38acp. They sound more like a custom loader than a full bore factory maker.
