For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Were you in Germany at the time? Where were the ships to pick up the tanks? And did you eventually get to Lebanon? Enquiring minds want to know. We were there for less than a month before we were pulled out. more years ago than i want to remember This past July would have been 63 years that I got the telegram.
