Now that I took a close look you're right, me thinks it's a "Trooper" frame with a Python barrel.  Please, PLEASE tell me he didn't pay $1,400.00 for it?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am NOT picking on you, as my memory is fast fading like everyone's, but that is the "not-quite-a-Python we discussed here a good while back.  Some other Colt frame with a Python barrel I believe it was decided.  Ring a bell?
