Below is apparently the actual Fobus trademark, which I confirmed in a couple of different places. So in answer to your question, I'd say no.

Image Info: This is the identification mark on the back of my Springfield XD gear - holster, magazine loader and magazine holder. Whose mark is it? There is some question as to whether or not these made-in-Israel accessories are made by Fobus or not.
