I liked them, and never had any problems with them. I had most of them in my younger days when I bought, sold, and traded often--mostly to afford something new. If I could have just gone out and bought whatever I wanted when I was young, I'd probably still have a couple more of them. This "K-frame size" Model 431 .44 Special was a favorite:
