Section 8: Handguns Subject: Colt Detective Special Msg# 1223018

This is a Pre-Detective special. The Serial Number places this gun as being made ca. 1929 and I was told by another collector it'd be a "Pre-Detective Special". I picked it up for $200 at a local show. Considering its age, I wouldn't put anything other than wadcutters through it. +P might simply shake it apart. |
