For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The Prez has a lot of say in where the funding goes to the states and municipalities. I'd like to see him flex that "hammer" on states/cities that oppose the Second Amendment, as well as those that claim to be sanctuaries for illegals. The power of the purse should be more than just a threat IMO. Harvey
