Description: This was a Mini-14 that only lived in Ruger's catalog a short while. It featured a synthetic stock, a protected front sight, a flash suppressor, and came with a 20 round magazine. In short, all the private citizen needs in a 5.56mm fighting rifle. In died fast, because everyone wants an AR15 they can tart up to look like a SWAT operator's piece. So Ruger now features the "Tactical Rifle," a Mini-14 tarted up to...well, you get the picture. Why they did that when they also sell an AR15 gas gun is beyond me....
