According to me, it's still a sub-caliber .380, barely adequate for defensive use when someone is trying to you great bodily harm, and all tiny pistols are unshootable compared to pistols that fit your hand and comfortably handle the recoil of whatever cartridge for which they are chambered.  Clearly the Taurus is meant to appeal to your sense of aesthetics and comfort.  If looks and easy carry matter more to you than your life, go for it.  But you might take a moment and ask yourself WHY you actually carry a handgun.
