Handguns--Modern
Description: Bersa 9BP is a small 9mm pistol. This is similar to the Glock 43, but actually came out well before the Glock 43, as Bersa saw the need before the Austrian company. It's actually a more ergonomic pistol as well, featuring a slightly longer grip frame that adds to control. The sights may be replaced with any Sig front sight or Glock rear sight, showing the folks at Bersa spent some time thinking through this design. It has a very good trigger for a striker-fired pistol and features a short reset. Glock will sell millions of their somewhat inferior Model 43 simply based on their aggressive marketing and worldwide reputation. and most people think of the older generation steel Bersa .380s when they hear "Bersa." If you can think out of the box, however, check out the Bersa 9BP if you are in the market for a pistol of this type. Did I mention I've never had a malfunction? Neither has my son, and he carries one as his CCW pistol.
