I saw one of those Lew Horton revolvers here at a gun shop and it was even more impressive "in person". If I could have come up with a single use for it I would have bought it - although now I can't remember how much the shop wanted for it. It was gone the next day so it didn't matter what I might have decided...
I like the .44 Special caliber and have found it accurate and much easier to shoot than the .44 magnum (much like the difference between the .38 Special and .357 Magnum) but here in Montana it would be easier for me to justify a .44 Magnum (for carry in the woods). |
