Except for my wife, I know very few people in Texas my age or younger who don't have a TX CHL. 
As I said in a post several months ago, the TX CHL has become the voter ID of choice for conservative voters in Texas. In my case, it has my name exactly as it is shown on my voter registration card and my driver's license does not, so I have to use my CHL when voting till my driver's license is renewed in 2015. |
