For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I still like the 4506-1, and have two: my old duty gun, and a minty spare I bought when we carried that gun. The 4506 was not a tightly fitted gun, but it was reliable and accurate. The drawbacks were the size and weight, but that also made it easy to shoot. The long first pull was revolver-like, smooth, heavy and consistent. I am aware of many bad guys who were clobbered with a 4506, and it did not hurt the gun at all. A very durable gun! |
