Section 8: Handguns Subject: Llama .380 Msg# 1001910

Somehow, Armscor came out with that pistol without me being aware of it.
I really like the idea of a small 1911 in .380 caliber -- a scaled-down 1911 pistol chambered for a scaled-down-from-.45ACP cartridge -- as a fun range gun and plinker. I've been watching over the years for a Llama .380 (with rib) but haven't seen a nice one. After you shoot Eric's I'd be interested in your take on the Baby Rock and how it functions and shoots compared to your Llama. I'd be more inclined to look seriously at the Baby Rock because it's a current gun with parts and service available. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I haven't had mine out for a while. For that matter I've never shot Eric's Rock Island "Baby Rock," which is almost identical in size. I should see if he'll bring it next time we do a handgun day at the range. |
