I ended up getting a Ruger American chambered in 6.5 Grendel instead. It takes AR-15 magazines and was 300 bucks cheaper. I am turning this into a Scout-esque rifle. I have no plans to get a 6MM rifle anytime soon. If I did, it'd be something in .243 WIN.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This photo just came up on my home page photo array (which you folks know may be different for everyone--it's a nice random mix of the image galleries). I seem to recall you're getting one of these? I wonder if CZ will chamber this in the 6mm Grendel, now that the slightly smaller cartridge is keeping pace or exceeding the number of long range target shooting wins vs the 6.5, according to some stats I read for 2017's annual results....
