Bullseye shooting is a bit different than action shooting - you have practically all day to break the shot compared to action shooting and you typically use adjustable sights with a 6 o'clock hold. Even with a scope or red dot sight at 50 yards angling the pistol right or left could throw everything off...?????? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks for the input, Mark. I've usually seen Bullseye-style shooters using the classic straight-up hold rather than a canted hold so this is a little surprising. Maybe this change is slow in coming or maybe there are other considerations specific to Bullseye that make the canted hold less of an advantage? Stu |
