Think it has any merit?<< Can't say for sure, as I don't think that there are massive, Banzai like charges any more. In theory, the recoil, with gun held sideways, would sweep the gun horizontally, and hit more targets. I remember this from my high school days. I was reading about the Chinese-Japanese fighting at that time.... reason UNK., but some of the stuff has been rattling around in my brain for a long time. |
