I have for decades always had a Boy Scout attitude when it comes to long guns--Be Prepared.
When I lived elsewhere, I had that same attitude, but times change, and so did I. If we were to have a "Red Dawn" event these days I'd likely stay behind rather than head for the hills. Harvey |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I have for decades always had a Boy Scout attitude when it comes to long guns--Be Prepared. I truly believe I'll probably pass on without ever having needed those guns or ammo, but it makes me feel good to have them. I too think the intermediates are more useful for a city dweller but ya jess never know. |
