We may be circling the same point, but you started by saying that Elmer Keith's BOOK was dated.  I felt the conversation went downhill from here.  I do tend to be nitpicky to the extreme and more so lately.  I'm sorry.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We are circling the same discussion point.  The language style used in Keith's work is... different than today. Hence the dated comment. Not obsolete, just dated.
