For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I had to laugh at that! I’d love to meet your ‘smith. That’s the best description of those I’ve ever heard. I’ll take that one step farther. Hay balers break down a lot, even the newer ones. I’d hate to have to pay a competent smith to find parts and fix a Model 8 and then worry if you’re going to have to do it again in another 50 rounds. It would be a nice gun to own for a while but not something to keep, long term. |
