I had a C&S safety on my .40 HP, it was excellent.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where:  Don Williams did produce his own BHP manual safeties, so it's quite possible that he used silver solder on it. I liked it because there was no issue with "finding it". The C&S safety is a good one -- IIRC, Mark has one on his HP. Harvey
