I was pleasantly surprised to find that a very similar knife is still available. While drooling over that one and considering whether to buy one, I chanced to look at this one and though I think that the quality of the knives are similar the sheath on this one looks better.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I love those Scandinavian knives.  I still have one that was my dad's.  I even have the leather sheath which was decorated with some sort of bird feather.
