they took our ship transport away form us. they shipped the 35 th tank bat down on them. we got the call and had 48 hours to get them ready. i worked over the arms rooms and then got stuck on tank detail when they jumped into the turrets they cought the cupalo guns wiring in there feet and tore it out so i had to rewire the whole lot i throwed my tool box off the train and jumped behind it. it was that close. went back to barrackss and set around until we got our ships back when we shipped we had 3 months of rotation loaded on. we had to hot bunk at least they made a fast trip. more years ago than i want to remember | ||||||
