For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I’m betting the trigger isn’t as good as a 1911 but that’s a nice gun! I agree! I looked at an SA-only P220 (not one this fancy) back when they were introduced and didn't buy it because of that. The trigger was okay, but it still had the same amount of travel the standard TDA trigger has; it felt like the standard trigger with the DA component removed and that wasn't remarkable enough to make me want to own one. I have never handled an SA-only P220 with a gunsmithed trigger, if the extra takeup could be removed it would feel much better. |
