Yes, the Argentines made theirs specifically for military and police use, so the finish on your FM model makes sense. The Hungarians made theirs for commercial use so the polished blue made more sense. I actually had the slide on mine reblued when I had new sights installed, but the gunsmith matched the frame very well indeed. Here's another photo withsome nicer looking stocks:
