| It's been so long since I read that article it was like relearning many of the things listed within. when you mentioned adding a shot or so's worth of water to your tumbler, how did you do that? Trickle it over the entire top surface? I've never tried it. I would be more likely to take that whole brass transfer operation outdoors. I do have a respirator and could wear that. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: WAYNE et al (2003) (see forum article) reinforces the concept of low bioavailability and toxicity but warns about other environmental effects from shooting. Should either of these participants survive, some thought should be given to blood tests, either the whole blood or serum, for lead.
